4. Cargo Transportation

We commit to making every effort to ensure the safety and timely delivery of goods during transportation. However, we are not liable for delays or losses caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, wars, etc.).

5. Insurance

Users may choose whether to purchase insurance for their goods. If insurance is not purchased, JCR Logistics is not liable for any damage or loss of goods during transportation.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these terms, both parties should attempt to resolve it amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, any disputes shall be submitted to the court in the location of JCR Logistics for resolution.

7. Amendments to Terms

JCR Logistics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The revised terms will be published on the company’s website and will take effect from the date of publication.
